No shotgun, this was planned believe it or not -- very haphazardly I might add.

The all time best Wedding was Church wedding at 1300 the wedding party rushes home rain is coming about 10 acres of prime hay to bale . Cows to be milked .

Finished and returned after the hay was under cover and cows were drained. Direct to the reception about 1930 .

Milking Cows with hangovers is not fun but very much fun to watch.

 

Free pizza is free pizza. Free ninety-nine. If it's free it's for me.

You can pick your nose but cant pick your family.

Saturday we had some people over and I smoked some chicken wings, couldn't fit them all on the smoker so I filled the grill up as well. When we got ready to eat I emptied the smoker and got what I could off the grill and would take them off when we had room in the bowl.

Yesterday my wife went to cook supper and sent me a message for Cole to light the grill. He went to the house, a customer came in and said something about supper and grilling, etc. Cole came back and the guy said when will the pork chops be done? Cole laughed and said not anytime soon, there's still chicken on the grill

I forgot to get the wings off Saturday night, about 20 of them

Poor Cole had no idea and when he opened the grill flies went everywhere

I said I am sorry and I will clean it off ASAP, man what a stinky molded fly mess

I would blame it on alcohol but I'm almost 12 years sober

 

I was just going to ask him about booger sugar...

 

well they say the mind is the first thing to go... or something like that

 

They have mangled this cutter and want us to repair it, again

She's patched up now. New seals. But I'm waiting on inspection. Our Main CMM is down so I gotta wait on the backup crew....

 

At this point, it would be cheaper to make a whole new one out of a stainless billet!

 

Boss man quoted them a new one, I think that's why they keep trying to resuscitate this one....

 

Gootness. Just curious, will you fill the broken areas with weld to be able to repair it?

 

Yes, he is taking it to the shop that does some fab work for us. They have a couple certified welders and are magicians with a TIG welder

I stumbled into this woodworking and metal fab project yesterday, Remington Model 11. Remington manufactured Browning A5 basically. It function checks out fine, just looks a little rough. Serial number puts it around 1945. The forend is cracked at the receiver end which is pretty common. I’ll get a spring kit for it and make sure it functions then the barrel gets cut to 18.5” and a 12” LOP stock. Turn it into an old school social shotgun.
