Wordle - and other fun, addicting word games.

Dropped out of the top 3, even with a 3.

 

I'm on a roll, which I desperately needed. 4 all the time is disheartening.

 

I was away for the weekend and didn't play. Came back (seemingly) refreshed with a two.

 

I went in hot after my kids woke up an hour early this morning without coffee and as soon as I hit enter I realized I painted myself into a corner. Only one possible word with those letters green.

 

You got lucky! I don't know what your letters in the first guess are but there was definitely more than one option depending on what you ruled out first.

I spent a long time picking my second guess. There were a few left for me.

 

I guess there was only one word that came to mind. Looking back it seems that I had one other word for #2 but, I couldn't think of them this morning. I'm glad I got this out of the way because my kids have been off the wall since 5am and I haven't been thinking straight. Why did everyone forget how to use the bathroom?

 

Got a three again, still not enough to elevate me in the rankings. Chose a random word to start and it paid off. Almost had it in 2, but I went with a witchy word that didn't pan out.

Edit to add - I'm a dumbass. Looking back over it, my second guess didn't include one of the yellows in the first guess, so there was no way I could have gotten it in two.

Back to my regular ways with a five.
