Thats a non-tow rated hitch built in correct?
I take it that would interfere with a factory hitch too?

 

Correct, not load rated and yes it'd interfere. I imagine if you pull something heavy there'd be some reservation. I never doubted it's ability to tow my little off-road trailer.

The foam strip and additional weather strip is so that if you want to add more weatherstrip to the fins, you can, and add the foam strip to the top of the bar. It will help reduce some of the noise. I had plans to put it on the light bar myself but then someone had a deal on a roof rack I couldn't pass up.
