    The thing is my bed doesn't appear to bed off center, but the right rear wheel sticks out farther than the left? Truck drive's fine so i try not to obsess over it.

    Measure the gap between the cab and bed on both sides. Then see if the body line is off by taking a piece of masking tape from the cab to the bed.
