    Yeup.
    One time about 15 years ago it didn’t.
    I sucked up some dirt at the launch and it dried.
    So I back flushed it and all sorts of crap came out.
    Ever since then I raise the motor as hias the water level will allow and run fast idle for 15 or 20 seconds to blow fresh water throughout the system.
    So far so good…
