How long did it take to remove all the debris from the WTC twin towers site after the Sept 11 attacks?

The ghost cities in china are INSANE. My theory is that they make all the cheap veneer things that we use in our houses, but they don't do anything structural, so even the good looking houses fall apart after less than a year.

Then you have a building that literally fell down, stayed there collapse for years, another one was leaning, and all the building around it were occupied, and looked EXACTLY the same as the collapsed one...

Sadly this also comes from my town where a women made national news for drinking wine out of a pringles can at the walmart.

Part of the entitled generation? Everything must go my way all the time, and I should be able to take selfies all day, and not work for anything.

 

My son is autistic and at that age would never have behaved like that. Removed himself from the situation and shut down? Yes. Throw a toddler temper tantrum? No fucking way.

 

Some of us here are Aspies. You learn to deal with it in the real world, or you collapse in on yourself.

Sad day here. Drive down into town to my folks place. Get here right as my dad is picking my cat up off of the driveway. She is the second cat on the block this week to die from poisoning.
And my shrink wonders why I feel human life is less valuable than animals.
Taking her up to the mountains with me to bury her in the trees above a creek and waterfall. My mom took it much harder than me, so I told her I'd find a nice place.
