Sold my 2002 for a 2023 anybody know what service manual I need everything I see only goes up to 2018

 

Was looking for the same thing. I want to see the wiring for the 360 camera system.

 

Any tech-savvy folks have any ideas for how to get a custom TacomaTech Chat GPT to read and interpret this and, provide the relevant portions/info when prompted? Diagrams, torque specs and part numbers would be super helpful.

I thought I had it figured out, but it seems the hang up now is that ChatGPT can only interpret text -- the fact that it is a pdf is enough to throw it off. I am so far unable to find a way of converting this 300mb pdf manual into a text file. Doing that would result in loss of the diagrams as well.

I had this idea in bed last night and I can't help but feel it could work and be actually useful for guys who need really specific information.

Totally agree with ya there. The tech is the issue in the first place; the service manual should not be 12,000 pages for any car.. I should not have to pay someone to replace my spark plugs..

Certain bits of info seem to be really hard to find for certain repairs. I'd never trust it, but it'd give you somewhere to start from and something to verify rather than having nothing. Using that manual freezes up my PC.

Thanks. I only have a chrome book. I'll see if I can find the service for the transmission. I think its a drain and refill. Not a flush like the dealer wants to do.

When I click on the transmission tab I don't get a drop down menu like you show. Bit the illustration side jumps to pg 9135 but I cant open anything up under that. I know its their but so far cant get to it. I don't see a bookmarks icon.
