    Same here man! Did some angus burgers tonight that were damn good. Bought a couple nice looking strip steaks cuz Dey was on sale for $7.99/lb at the Naval commissary. :thumbsup: Also have another tri-tip in the freezer :woot:
    I think I’m ready for my second brisket. Learning a lot about this new rig!
