To be fair I had my Tacoma at AOAA with 200 miles on it.

 

Great color choice.
Just a heads up, you can switch from the 19" down to 16 or 17" wheels to get a better range in tire selection. I went with 17" wheels I found on fb marketplace for $100 with half tread snow tires, sold the tires for $200 and got 245 65 17 Falken Wildpeak AT3's from discount tire direct and tpms from Amazon for $58. Still have the 19" Adventure wheels and tires in the carport. Also got the backseat cover from Amazon that zips down to allow the seats to fold down one side if needed, bonus that the orange stitching matched the Adventure's stitching. Changed out all the interior lights for l.e.d.'s and the foglights for Amber Dynamic Diodes l.e.d.'s.

Feel better. The only symptom I have left from my bout of COVID is a lingering cough. I did not take Paxlovid though. Regarding the lingering cough, I read it can last for 6 months after one gets COVID.

Good morning all. Helping my nephew today with his Eagle Scout project. He's refurbishing his high school cross country course. Installing new course markers, widening sections, etc. My employer is letting me borrow their walk behind Bobcat with auger attachment to bore the new post holes. Need to sink 15 4x4 posts and I sure don't want to dig all that by hand!

 

That's great that you and your nephew are doing such a valuable project.

 

Had first week on new wheels and tires. Noticed pressure drop on one tire so I’m keeping an eye on it. Nice to have a compressor in the garage. Got some compliments from some nice folks. Cleaned it up this morning so you know now it will rain.
Going out to Lancaster county with the wife, only a half hour or so away to hit some produce places.
Get the fresh stuff while it’s around and get some massive canning going later.

Nice town. I grew up in Monroeville during my adolescent years and my brother lives in Plum, so we got to Oakmont on occasion. They have a great bakery there and we had my brother's 25th anniversary celebration a few years ago at Hoffstot's.
