The Prius C is slow. The V and Prime.... Are not.

Love those. Had a customer like that the other day they went on and on and on about how they were able to get this one little part to squeak and I literally hammer fisted it back into place and sent them on their way.

 

I have always wanted to offer to take customers for a ride in DP or one of the old Volvos when they complain about
this barely audible noise, tiny vibration, or a almost non-visible defect on their new Honda.

 

I see that a lot on the 10th gen forums tbh…

 

I just did a complete training module about how to deal with customers when they complain about noises rattles and squeaks. Especially because people are so hypersensitive to stuff and because the NVH qualities of new cars are so high that you can literally pick up any tiny little thing while driving them around.

I guess people think that a flexing chassis should make no noise at all.

Pretty good. This was our club's show, I was running it and didn't enter. People had a good time, show made money, I was exhausted and crashed early.

i will say thou the 10th gen si was an awesome car but my lord the rattles! the plastic in the interior was just made bad or something because every part of that thing would rattle and it got worse when it was lowered and the motor mount insert...
