Our neighbor was a ww2 fan. We would play taps at every sunset. Some Italian name he had.

Ordered some stuff at the local dealer and picked up a TRD key lanyard.
They are not sure when the bracket I ordered would be coming in. I may have to improvise until it arrives and I need to see how I can connect the pump to the valve using rubber hose and some elbows.
I had it disconnected while driving to O'Reilly and the truck went into limp mode.

Wish the market was still like that. Thankfully I'm doing a private sale and will start with 40k in equity

Yeah if we settle for less we still would have decent starting point. But we are waiting for lower interest rates. Might take 4 years but it’s worth the wait.

Tell me about it. I mowed today because some of the weeds have been growing. Clovers still alive but grass is dead dead.

Back yard isn't as bad. I think the rain this past week has been good and started to get stuff living again a bit. But we'll see. I have another bag of clover seed ready to go! After labor day I'm gonna drop the mower to the lowest it can go and drop some clover seeds probably the whole lawn this time around.

My lawn took a hit mainly crab grass had sprung up but only near the rock walkways interestingly enough. Ripped that shlt right out root an all. Still have the front walk to do. That will be a little tougher. Might have to break out the cancer causing round up

Fair #2 today. We bought a pass for a hundred bucks. So far we saved 20 bucks. Depending on the admission price we may get ahead of the game.
