Yeah but they won't know...I almost got a csm trd off road there was one coming in at a dealer that is 6 hours away in another state had Everthing on it advanced tech premium led headlights. But they were doing a $2000 mark up. Got lucky and found this one two hours away. CSM was my u first choice color. You will have a real nice rig when it comes. Can't wait to see pics

I’m lucky that mine is MSRP and the dealer is very close by. It has everything but advance Tech. I do love the CSM, should be sharp. I’ve even waited on buying any mods because I didn’t wanna jinx it. How’d that work out! But in the long run it will all be worth it.

Exactly 6 weeks. Got lucky because truck was already being built and no one reserved it yet, so I ended up putting down deposit.

Mine should be in, in about a week! Stopped by today to get trade in value on my current truck... will be selling privately.. lol. Otherwise got some rough numbers (MSRP with a slight discount due to my employer), probably finance through my credit union (bigger pain, but we'll see what the dealer can do). It's been a long wait, but so close now.

Dealers who dont have an allocation promising a future allocation or a special order allocation, non of which are guaranteed and you are now on the hook with a nonrefundable deposit.

Hmmm, I put a deposit down on a Tacoma in February with a dealer who had no allocation matching my requirements; each month since then was the same story until August when they finally got an allocation for a Tacoma matching my request. With that said, I could have asked for my deposit to be returned at any time, no questions asked; as far as I know, Toyota insists such deposits are fully refundable.

Glad it worked out for you. I've had 12 Tacomas, most new, bought in AZ, NJ, PA, IL, AL, GA, every dealer is different, but I know enough about how allocations work, what qualifies you for Tier 1+, invoice price, dealer hold back, etc. that they can't BS me and I also refuse to be locked into a dealer with a nonrefundable deposit, Toyota has no say over that, alot of the dealers here were having you sign a piece of paper stating the conditions. I remember early this year it was $500 now most are $1000. I love my Cement OR, but with how good trade values are right now it made sense to me to get back into warranty and something that hasn't had an accident (was rear ended last year), some hwy miles / rash and just wear and tear and a Chicago winter. Plus with my crazy trade value (literally what I paid for it new in Feb 2020) and paying MSRP my payment is a good deal lower every month, was hard not to justify and I've LOVED lunar rock since it came out. I did notice my dealer now has 2023 allocations so it looks like the trucks being built now will be 2023, so maybe yours?.

My SR 5 was built in June and arrived last month. All my trial services (Wi-Fi and Toyota safety) started when I first used the app, which was early June. Once I took delivery, I called Toyota and they reset the safety start date. I didn’t bother with the Wi-Fi. The XM radio trial started on the day I picked up the truck.

I have never received door unlock notifications but could see mileage and tire pressure. I think it’s because SR5s (and SRs) don’t have that service available but I could be wrong.
