I have this noise while turning left or right and I think I have nailed it down to the ball joint from these new Total Chaos uppers. Has anyone had this issue?

Or ditch the uniball for a ball joint if it's for daily driving use

TC UCAs do not "make a lot of noise" and you don't HAVE to spray them every 500 miles. They have inserts made for "lubrication" and if you properly clean them you don't have to do anything. If yours sound like this or worse you have some issues my friend.

what? Do you know how many people daily with uni's with zero issues. Having a daily that is also your offroad vehicle is literally 90% of people on this site.

I guess if lots of people do it it must be the best solution! Nobody with uniball control arms has zero issues because the require regular lubrication and have relatively short lifespans unless driving around with worn out control arms counts as zero issues

Uniball control arms were made for racing applications where articulation, strength and other things are most important and low maintenance, long life are not. Exposed to the environment, requiring regular lubrication and wearing out relatively quickly doesn't seem like a great idea for a daily driver but what do I know?!

Lets clear things up. These are new, BARELY drove on ucas, that haven't seen dirt yet. BUT I am going next month and would like to hope this will not be an issue. Also I would like to think that new products shouldn't be making this noise.

Haha. If monthly cleaning is considered high maintenance I hope you're still stock. They do not REQUIRE lubrication. I just changed mine out after 10 years of use. Pretty long life IMO. You do you bro
