Could be true and if so, they shouldn’t buy an EV without incorporating the potential limitations it may impose on their activities into the decision making process.

I burn three gallons of gas a day, I'm never buying an EV.

Why does Ford sell a F-150 Limited, and no F-150 Lighting Limited? Both models are available in XLT and Platinum trim.

Toyota has branded their EVs as Beyond Zero, but they still sell the 4Runner, and Tacoma in Limited trim.

Automotive marketing psychologists have deemed terms like Limited as taboo when it comes to EVs.

Maybe, but no one cares. Marketing names are all bullshit anyway. There’s nothing sporty about a TRD Sport, nothing limited about a Limited Tacoma, etc

I guess earthly names like wind, names like dream edition, alphabetical, and numerical characters are the only thing that's PC and eligible for the OEMs to use in this age.

Tesla uses both single digit and single letter designations for their models. Can't they stick with one or the other?

Saw a couple Teslas charging at campgrounds I drove past on my recent trip up into the mountains. So travel is doable. I could of certainly done it in a Rivian then, not crazy about campgrounds though.

Someone on here mentioned plugshare, how I knew about the charging point at that place, glanced over on the way by and sure enough an EV charging there. The review on August 21st (there on the 19th) was probably the same person I saw.

    https://www.plugshare.com/location/200670

$20 for a full charge was a bit cheaper than me paying $60 to top off mine that was sitting around 1/2 tank.

Fun story, the only reason it’s a Model 3 is because Ford took issue with the usage of Model E.

A good way to get a chunk of extra money for a marginally better TRD Off-road.

And WHY isn’t there a TRD Pro Limited?! That’s the real question.

That would be another $5K. If they put plaid seats in it, it would be real sexy.

Nah, that’d be a Heritage Edition although it would a limited edition.

The plaid seats you used to get in the mid 2000's VWs were awesome.

Actually…that wouldn’t be too bad. Always had a thing for the VW GTI plaid interior.
