Remains to be seen I bought the tires and wheels the rest came along
I have had good luck with that method using the impact wrench.

By hand I break them to easy. If the small induction heaters were around years ago many fires might have been avoided .

    My Own Damn Fault!!!!!
I have two separate 1/4" endmills setup and was being lazy. Instead of creating another tool in my machine I was just changing the offsets when needed. Welp, forgot to change them this time!!!!! 1/4" 4 flute coated carbide with less then an hour of machine time on it!

    Oops...

On the bright side, you've invented a new tool... the four-flute tapered end-mill! :fistbump: (It's all in how you sell it, right? Just like getting Tacoma upgrades approved by SWMBO).

I’m not sure how the prices compare with MCS, but I just placed an order with Onlinecarbide.com per recommendations from some people in my Tormach Facebook group. Cheap threadmills. I can report back later to how they hold up. If I don’t destroy them all. Lol.

I know you work for Fastenal but we don't order anything from MSC. We get most of our end mills from Southeastern Tool in Thomasville, N.C. :D

I tried that too, more so I was thinking "Well shit, maybe I'm going the wrong way" When it didn't budge still, I traced the threads with my calibrated eyeball and verified I had indeed been trying the right direction, so I avoided any further tightening.

Who is the manufacturer on those EMs?
MSC is quite popular up here for EMs.

We used to use MSC for a lot of stuff then their shipping got too high.

You been diggin' in the scrap pile at my work? Might even be the same company as they have a hub near you. We have a local company make new shafts if the ones from the OE company is too much money. They also rebuild our 480V motors.

I have a smaller air 1/2" stubby impact from Harbor Freight. It gets 95% of all my stuff loose. If not, I have a Snap-On that can quickly make it a snap off! :anonymous:

Its saved my butt several times...

Only paid $100 for it. Little rough shape, but it works great!

Not sure. I'll let you know when I get them in!. But for the price I was about to pay for single form thread mills from Harvey or Lakeshore, this is a steal!!!
