How long did you have to wait for your factory 2022 order/request/whatever it is called?

Just checked the Toyota app and my safety recall has finally been fix. There is hope.

 

I still see nothing in the toyota app, odometer and tires say n/a. Funny that some people gets lots of pings and others get none. I’m curious what the difference is?

 

The OR I was watching got notifications. The Pro I'm waiting on hasn't gotten a single one and it just arrived in Newark today.

No one knows why this is. Both trucks are AT.

 

lol my app just had it's first update since August 10th about an hour after I threatened to buy a new truck... Different PSI in the fronts now. Not sure what it means, but I'll take it!

 

My build date was 7/5, truck was built/status changed to in transit on 7/25. Dealer (in MA) said delivery was expected for 8/23-8/28, truck hasn’t arrived and the dealer hasn’t gotten any update for the delivery window.

Does it mean something that my truck/vin# isn’t on that spreadsheet list? There are other vehicles on the list for my dealer but not mine.

My vin# is 3TMCZ5AN6NM516278. Any info would be greatly appreciated! @Rod03 seems to be the guy in the know?

 

I suspect the Pro gets the better infotainment platform standard, and the unit isn't made by Fujitsu, maybe Panasonic?, and needs two step authentication or some such programming at dealership to activate the electronics and software that makes telemetry possible... It's a SWAG on my part and YMMV.

 

There’s a bunch of apps available for Toyota owners, which one tracks the vehicle location and status? I put only a deposit down and I have the vin from the dealer for my truck.

 

I must have been on the Newark ship cause I got an update around 1:45 with another mile today. Shits getting real, gotta start moving on selling old truck and figuring out the $$ side of things.

I’ve signed up on all of the trials and entered my permanent VIN, but it’s not showing me any information (tire pressure, mileage both n/a). Granted my truck is already on a train. Does it have to move a little before it updates info? Thanks

 

Some event like door unlock. If you started monitoring after it was loaded on the train, then the next opportunity for an update would be when it's coming off the train. Exciting. Too bad we can't get position updates. Hang in there.

Just got my permanent vin! Not accessible on app yet, but

 

Almost to 2 Months since build date. I know its not long but it's been in transit since July 18th I believe. I'm thinking of canceling and just keeping my 2020 Tundra.

It can be completely frustrating. The unknown and lack of information but if the truck is something you really want then the wait will be worth it.
