@Toyotacrawler I found out that Rally Raid makes a shortened kickstand, so I'm gonna order it probably next week. The new bars, grips, and lowering link are great. I can now flat foot her

I like the bike rack utilization. I've been eyeing a crf450rl for a bit coming off my glory days of MX and always loved my Hondas. Nice steed for sure.

It will probably take me another year and a half to get to 300K. I drive less than 10 miles a day to work and that includes coming home for lunch lol

Sorry to hear my dude. Take care of yourself, if it is indeed this strain of the vid it acts very much like a cold / allergies for some and different for others, but hangs on, still got a lingering dry cough 2 weeks out. Let us know if you need anything!

I would have loved a CRF450L, but that 800 mile service interval was shit  I keep waiting for them to make a 450 Rally :D

They just patented "Transalp", so I'm hoping they bring it back to compete with the T7

I'm only 5 miles from work too :D

Not familar with the rally bikes, I started on a Ninja 250R then a R6, got into dirt only, YZ125 (s), SX150, CRF250R, YZ250F, I have the itch to ride again but not wad myself up so trying to figure out the best option and not spend a fortune. Almost pulled trigger on a FE350S but it was $14k OTD same with the damn CRF450RL, been scouring the used market which is just as trash on prices, may wait, house could use some upgrades first and the truck.

Thanks, im trying to stay hydrated and nyquil/dayquil. Ive locked myself in my office at work even though i could probably take the day off if i wanted but trying to save my vacation days. The one negative to my job is we have to use vacation days as sick days. I do get 2 weeks plus carryover from previous year though.

Not bad, I'm PRN at Childrens right now and I have none of that so I just don't get money if I'm not at work, lol, no benefits. Start back at the VA here in a few weeks and cannot wait to have all those benefits back. When I was out last week I just had to take the hit, thank god I have my military sep pay, GI bill living allowance and wife makes 5 times what I make, lol. Sounds like you are hanging in there and doing the right stuff. Avoid the suppressants and just let it run its course.

I've been real happy with this little 300 thumper. The days of speed are out of my system(where my SN came from :D). It has 8000 mile oil changes and was reasonably priced at 7K OTD. I think a 450cc would be tits though :D The little 300 tops out around 83MPH, but is really a sub-70 bike
I picked up a short shift today.........gotta pay for the SBR :D

I've been reviewing, even the 450 they said is not a highway bike, its still built like an MX bike so it gets thrown around and screams for murder at highway speeds. I may just get another YZ125 and hit one of the few tracks here every once and awhile, it was just such an expensive hobby and injury ridden, lol.

I would also like to have a CB500X as it's more road than offroad.

Rally Raid makes some great stuff for them
