    According to PSP, President Biden’s visit will result in temporary closures during the afternoon and evening hours;

    • Interstate 81 southbound exit 180 and exit 170
    • Interstate 81 northbound exit 168 and exit 180
    • State Route 115,
    • State Route 309 (Cross Valley Expressway) north from Wildflower Drive to exit 4 and Rutter Avenue
    • North Cross Valley Expressway south (SR 309 South) from exit 5 Forty Fort to I81
    • River Street
    • No parking on the 300 block of Ross Street
    • No parking on the 200 block of South Franklin Street

    We truly need some of that rain up here at our place. Driest I've ever seen it.

    We were supposed to have a hot air balloon tonight - assuming the thunderstorms predicted didn't materialize - but had to cancel because of the Biden visit to Wilkes Barre. They always put a 30 mile flight restriction zone around wherever he will be and that covers our flight area here north of Scranton so we're grounded. Stuff happens.

    They were gonna remove the contaminated soil from an accident a while ago right down from my house, but I guess they called it off due to the impending rain. Guess I gotta look at the bent up guard rail for a little while longer...

    I believe a Ram pick up truck was slowing to make a right turn and the rider ran into the truck.
