X-ray results for my back

 

I see sooo many of them pulling into the base every day lol. I figured it must be a thing.

 

I guess that means I don't need to get that STD panel done anymore after Moab

 

I had low vit D levels some years back and started taking it over the counter, went in for another blood test and my vitamin D levels were off the chart and they were like WTF are you taking. Don't buy cheap supplements lol.

I used to take supplements some time back, until I started moving and just quit buying them.

Nature Made I think is what they were.

 

Ask your doc re: vit D dosing. Believe it or not, its easy to OD on D. If you do start D, be sure to take it with some calcium. For the low HDL, more cardio bro. Better yet, get into riding like @Sperrunner. Plenty of sun w/cardio.

 

Used to ride, but read up on the X-ray; that's the concerning part.

As for vitamins, what brand do you take yourself? I know quality is real important here like Ryan mentioned.

 

I think a good multi vitamin or Men's multi vitamin would have enough of everything needed, I used to be pretty good about taking a multi vitamin but they wreck my stomach if I don't take them with food.

 

That could do, having the calcium and such versus taking multiple single pills.

They'd have a BOGO so I'd grab the 2 or 4 I used to take.

On the plus side, I see a new chiropractor tomorrow after work.

yeah I think the act of selling vitamins individually is largely targeted at profiting off people thinking they need one of everything. Most multi vitamins have everything you need and then some. unless a doc specifies something

 

Oh thats right, back injury (sucks sorry dude). Natures Bounty (its a green bottle) or even Kirkland's huge multivitamin bottle is fine. A multi is a great start. Any additional check with Doc but again, natures bounty is a good brand.

The wife uses that brand, we find it at Safeway (or Vons) I think.

I'll grab a multivitamin in that brand
