I need to pick up more melatonin but you'd think that stuff was mined like gold or something. Like $20 a bottle but then once a month or so they'll do a buy 1 get 1 or 2 free, so I just have to time it right.

 

Great idea, I mean the auto dimming just makes it hard to see the dimes stacking

 

Being blind will make that hard too lol

Theres where your vivid dreams are coming from.

Melatonin takes me on some crazy adventures and also brings up random repressed memories from way back.

 

Ive been taking it pretty much nightly for a couple years, still only have vivid dreams maybe a couple times a month but probably cause I'm used to it. It probably did have that effect early on

 

Yeah its not every night Id take it, just sometimes..

I had to quit taking it though as the morning grogginess felt horrible.

Weird, I like taking it because it doesn't make me groggy in the morning haha.

Before if I had trouble sleeping I would take Benadryl or some OTC sleep aid like that, but those make me groggy af. Melatonin never does that to me

 

Damn, wonder how melatonin feels. Never taken it.

I will say...don't take ambien and try to fight staying awake. That is some seriously strong shit.

 

the best and worst sleep aid is to have a kid, your body will put you to sleep fast because you know in a few hours you're gonna be getting up.

Melatonin just promotes a healthy sleep cycle, its not really supposed to make you tired but when taken at night it helps me naturally fall asleep without that constant jerking awake for whatever reason.

Ambien is fucked up stuff lol

 

Yeah...I took it at the worst time too.

 

I like to annoy my coworkers with young kids when I tell them my weekend plans involve sleeping in till 11.
