Might get a pumping scheduled before winter hits. Might be $500 well spent!

Here in Franklin County, PA we are actually required to pump every 3 years and send the paperwork to the township, or I think they fine you a hefty fee.

I think here 5-6 laterals of 100’ for your traditional leach field . Most places around here have to have built up fields because of poor perking soil cha-Ching around 40-50k

 

We gotta get ours pumped.. think it’s going on 16 years never being services 6 of those years in my possession.

I was looking at a property in Missouri about a year back. Got a quote to dig a well. Company wanted 28k for 200 feet. Blew my mind that it could ever get that high in price

My daughters well is over 300’ I think it was around 19k . That was pump and pipe to the house .Digging trench and hooking to pressure tank also .
