Mounted waterport weekender as well as Half ass installed Weboost antenna and solar still need to tackle the fun part. I’ll do all the wire routing to the inside of the cab with the solar panel together.

The clunk has been on for awhile. It still happened with out the sway bar but I had my old UCAs at the time. No markings on the spring from contact of any sort

 

Honestly the body bushings near the cab mount are probably toast. They uhhh..... caught on fire during my cab mount chop

I’ll start by visual inspection of the wiring. This code the sensor is out of parameter for 10 cycles straight. Once you have done you visual inspection I recommend you to disconnect and then re connect, just to make sure contacts are clean. Then you have to inspect for vacuum leaks in the engine past the throttle body. Easy way to trace some is by spraying start fluid(or something such as brake cleaner) in possible sections that could have a vacuum leak) and go from there. Avoid buying shit without testing them first.

 

Already replaced both upstream o2 sensors wiring good

 

Damn, in my entire career as Mechanic I have only replaced like 2 due to physical damage. Remember O2 sensor errors are telling you that they are recording an A/F ratio that it’s out of parameters prior or post cat’s.

 

Off-topic question, but didn't want to start a new thread. Due to my work situation ATM I cant take my truck in for a month or so, so I wanted to ask what the harm is in a stuck closed SAI in bank 2? It drives fine, and even with the CEL it doesn't limp mode or stop me from driving at highway speeds, but will that ruin my cats? Not entirely sure about all the details in the part, but I do know it mixes fresh air with the exhaust

 

Wont cause any issues if you never fixed it. All it does is inject air into exhaust on cold starts to burn off as much unburned fuel as it can, as cold start open loop is when the most harmful and fuel rich emissions is made.
