With the improvements and low miles, my friend who works for Miller Toyota, says I shouldn't accept less than 6K! HAHA, I'm not selling. With all the crap car-makers have foisted on the public in the past 10 -15 years or so, I'm hoping to keep my fine fleet of '90s vehicles (96 Tacoma, 96 Camry, 98 Altima) going indefinitely. My Tacoma still has a solid frame. If I keep it away from the salt & snow, like the PO did, it might outlast me!

    Happy Motoring, Mark

Sounds like you're looking for budget friendly tires. Uh... I think I used Yokohamas back in the day. They're ok and seemed to last a while.

These days I'm running Continentals and have been for several years. My entire fleet (3 vehicles) is on Continentals.

I went with the 205/70R14 in a GENERAL brand tire, I like the look of the slightly bigger tire and I haven’t noticed anything different

Aside from getting the factory-spec size, the 205/70R14 would be the closest match - less than 1 mph error at 70 mph. With that, my choice would be either the GT Radial VP or the Uniroyal Tiger Paw at Discount Tire.
