Angus burger with chipotle cheddar cheese, tomato, bacon and topped with Sweet Baby Ray's honey bbq sauce (Because the sauce is the boss!). Served with shoe string french fries seasoned with a cajun seasoning (air fried so they get niiiiiiiiice and crispy).



Oh, and a pumpkin roll for a dessert. Fun Fact, as I was typing this up the 1990's song "Whomp there it is" popped into my head:

Pro Tip:
Spray those fries with the spray can Duck Fat for a super golden color and crisp before you air fry them!

 

I've been doing that. It's how I get them to get golden/crispy AND so they don't stick to the air fryer bucket.

Edit: I don't use Duck Fat, I just use Pam.

Made some hassle back potatoes for the first time.
Butter, bacon fat, garlic powder and chives.

 

You wouldn’t regret sliding a half strip of bacon and a slice of cheddar cheese in those cuts.

Or maybe you would, I don’t know what you like.

 

I sure would not mind it at all. Next time I will add toppings. Bacon was frozen and no cheddar on hand. moving soon so the rations are thin.

 

Salmon and fried rice. One left item in the freezer.
I should start a “moving, empty the freezer”, theme for the next few weeks.

I shouldn't be following this thread. I'm on a diet and have lost 10lbs so far. Oh how I miss cheeseburgers and dessert.

Did BLAT's for dinner. (bacon, lettuce, tomato and avacado) Nothing wrong with 6 pieces of bacon?!


Then, the wife took the bacon grease and made Yorkshire Puddings! Crisp on the outside, creamy on the inside...And all is right in the world again...
