    I’ve said it like 10 times already. The new bill requires the cars and batteries to be be US made or with materials not sourced from China and Russia. This doesn’t exist today do things need to change or else there’s no more tax credits.

    Okay, so if Toyota, and Honda will build battery plants in the US, which they are currently planning, then when they start using those batteries then the tax credit for final assembly in the US will apply.

    That really sucks. And the fact that they're using EVs for off-road/remote camping isn't commendable, it's a safety risk.

    Anybody who thinks the future is 100% EV or 100% Hydrogen or 100% gas is delusional. Just take a look at wristwatches. I prefer an automatic winding mechanical watch. You may prefer a smart watch that monitors your heart rate and GPS coordinates for running. Different tools for different jobs.

    True. Multiple solutions are defiantly in the works. There is a commuter solar car in development, can't remember the company name. So as far as non petrol cars there is BEV, FCEV, and Solar. Never know what may come down the road... Mr. Fusion?
