Hell yeah man, theres a perfect spot right before the tunnel going to Cloudcroft. I guess it's called hangliders. We used to go up there and shoot all the time and right past the shooting area is the trail. I've only tried it once a few weeks ago when it snowed and didn't make it, but it shouldn't be a problem with out the snow.

    thanks james.

the emblems are easy to remove. you have a 2010 so they havnt been on that long. go to walmart and buy braided fishing line. then you get about a 1 foot length of fishing line and put it in between the truck and the emblem, on the adhesive holding it (black glue)

move your hands back and forth, kind of like a saw, while GENTLY pulling the line along side of the emblem so that it will cut through the glue.

once the emblem is completely off, use a heat gun/hair dryer to heat the glue up that is left on your paint, and use 3m adhesive remover or goo gone or whatever you feel like using to remove the leftover residue.

i took them off and repainted myself. take them off like i mentioned above, then sand them down with a medium grit sand paper (like 250 grit)

just sand them down enough to scuff them up so the paint will stick better. once they are scuffed up, take a damp paper towel and wipe them CLEAN.

to paint them, use KRYLON FUSION in the color of your choice. krylon fusion is made to stick straight to plastic, no primer required. let them dry in the sun for about an hour, but make sure to keep dirt and debris off of them.

to put them back on, use 3m automotive acrylic plus tape. its red double sided tape but has a RED backing on it and the tape itself is a dark gray. clean your truck where you are going to put the badges on, and clean the back of the badges. place tape on the back of the badges, and stick them on where you want them, pressing firmly so they adhere properly. i would also recommend doing this in direct sunlight so it can help warm up the surface you are sticking the badges on.

its made by avid offroad. its about $400 and comes as bare steel. you need to get it powdercoated or line-x'd like i did.

thanks paden. you have to mod the caliper to fit them though so dont just go buying them if you dont know what you are doing. if you want these wheels and want them to fit, clink the link in my sig that says wheels dont fit?
