Finally got my truck!!! 22 TRDOR Crew cab with tech package and LED light package, Tonneau cover and Bed Lights. Paid MSRP at littleton toyota of acton but had to use BS toyota Finance @ 7%. I will refinance thru my bank ASAP.

Deposit 6/19, Built 7/5/22, Shipped 8/4. At dealer 8/31.

It still is, 48mo at 1.9% or 60mo at 2.9%. Seems like it's for 690 credit scores and higher, interest scales from there.

 

I asked but they said no. They tried to sell me $900 gap insurance when I was putting 15k down. And they wonder why No one trusts dealers

 

I think I might call Toyota myself and see if I can get that deal. Bank of America was going to give me 3.99. Maybe it's just regional? I'm up here in the Northeast

 

I was able to get the low Toyota financing in Ohio last week. The dealer stated that I needed to take delivery before September 6 as they did not know what the new terms would be in September. They also stated if the truck is close to being delivered, I may be able to take delivery early to secure the current rates.

 

I got 2.49% @ 60mo with great credit score. Just looked at the Toyota website and 90% of the cars have a 1.9% APR offer, except for the Tacoma. It says, "contact local dealership."

 

Thanks for the heads up. I have 821 credit score but maybe I didn't get that rate because they didn't count my wife's income? She's out of town and couldn't sign. We have a large mortgage so my DTI must have been off.

Was that through toyota?

 

I'm seeing these special rates don't include the TRD Pro.

Any advice on what's available for the Pros?

 

I am picking my LR OR either tomorrow or Tuesday so I am watching this like a hawk. I am concerned they are going to give me the "Oh it was 2.49% a month ago, now it's 7........."

Find a credit union, my credit union in town has me locked in at 1.95% for 72 MOS when my tacoma gets in.

 

Never seen anything for the pro's. I've just keep putting money away.

 

they never have specials for PRO, but you should be able to find a decent rate somewhere else.
My sales team ran Toyota and a couple other banks they work with. It helped.
