I’ll bet it was back to her in no time at all, soon as you walked away. There’s always one in the crowd.

Got my regular truck back, that's always nice. Most of the other guys are slobs, nice not having to share.

Well the soft spot in my trailer that I told them about months ago is no longer a soft spot, now it's a hole. Their response to me was we just replaced the whole floor in that trailer. Well maybe you did, but it still has a soft spot. If you don't repair the cross braces under the floor you get soft spots.
A forklift finally broke through. Hopefully they can patch it with some plate steel tomorrow morning.20220830_174453.jpg

Back one day and back to the shop. This truck goes in every week, no joke. Probably spend more on service for this thing than it brings in. :annoyed:

That's the way it is with any of the trucks that use def. They're good till they are out of warranty and then they have all kinds of problems. The def corodes everything in the system.

Just enough to look kinda cool.
Just interviewed with a local excavation company, and got a soft offer. They just need to make sure insurance will cover me and if so I’ll start on the 12th. I’ll be driving transfers around and moving some equipment.

Good luck! Sounds like a fairly easy gig. I'm a transfer driver, all I do is drive, drop and hook.

Ugh, resident driver I transport to. It's been worse.

Not ours, different company. Driver parks next to me at transfer yard. He hit something good!

You too brother! But not 3 for me, I gotta work Saturday. It's another drivers birthday and I told him I'd work it for him, he's a good guy.
