Do you have those terminal ends on both battery posts?

I don't see where my starter is. That's one thing I've never done replaced a starter

I don’t think it’s a starter issue. This is a wiring problem. And I think it’s at the battery terminal ends

A bad starter wouldn't cause you to lose all power in the truck.

You need to take this one step at a time like @Dm93 stated.
You HAVE TO confirm power and ground AT the BATTERY first.
    From terminal to terminal.
Then from terminal to terminal clamp.
    Then from terminal to body
    Then from terminal to frame
    Them from terminal to block.

You’re right, I think the problem is in the terminal ends at the battery.

Supposedly on my truck the starter is under the exhaust manifold by the transmission. But I see nothing in that spot I can see the exhaust manifold I can see the transmission I do not see a starter there

Follow the big cable from the battery to the starter?

But you’re chasing the wrong problem here.

Do you mean both posts with my test light connected, or just both my battery post? And I know it's not a starter issue but you said that there's a big ground down there by the starter and I can't find the starter

I did all that I think. I tested my battery terminals with my voltmeter and it read 12.7, and then I tested the with my test light on the frame and the body and in the block. And it only lit up on the block. And that's with the positive and negative clamps on my test light on the negative and positive battery terminals

Don’t worry about the starter. Take a picture of your battery with both positive and negative terminals in the shot.

I did, but now it's not one upload. So I'm working on it. Also I just got power back to my lights with the ignition completely off. This is really confusing me and I'm just not knowledgeable enough to figure this out
