    Good morning all…. Just wanted to thank you for all of the support. This has been my worst nightmare on so many levels and it has consumed every aspect of my life right now. People talk about ups and downs, but I’ve had just downs. Where are my ups? Well I finally had somewhat of an up… Last night I actually slept, (I had help with that. Usually it doesn’t work, why last night it did, idk… but I’ll take it!!) didn’t wake up a ton of times in a panic, didn’t have nightmares, wasn’t scared, just had a break from my mind and broken heart. Which was much needed. My heart physically hurts. Who knew it does that? Feels like a how I would describe a bad bruise along with a tight chest so breathing takes so much more of an effort than it should. I was unprepared for so many things. Really, who can prepare for this? You can’t. You forget to do the most basic things…. Like eating or drinking. When was the last time I washed my hair? Side note… getting better at that one and yes I shower daily just don’t have the energy to deal with my long hair so I don’t. Sleeping last night helped me to wake up today without crying. Think I’m gonna go outside today and take the dog for a walk!
    Didn’t mean for this to be a ramble session…. Just wanted to let you know your kind words and thoughts have meant a lot to me. Most times I don’t have any words to say. How lucky for you guys that wasn’t the case in this moment:D
