That looks really good! Is that the view the toolbox opened up from the sidedoor/glass?
When you said the one in the box doesn't do much, from the picture it made think Raiders of the lost Ark, open up that box :rofl:from the brightness

Yes that’s the side of the shell, only has a toolbox on that one side.

here's a little video showing the boat motor progress. I ended up changing a bunch of stuff at the same time so I'm not sure what the exact fix was, but at the end of the day it ran better than it ever had so I'm not sure I'm too worried about it.
    Have a great Sunday everyone!

I burnt my left arm something fierce a couple weeks ago at work welding. Needed to do a pretty hot weld and turned the 480V MIG welder to something like 25V. Was wearing my sleeveless shirt at that too. Could have easily grabbed my CATII arc flash long sleeve, but thought this will only be 15 minutes. Yea you could have fried and egg on my arm... :anonymous:

I knew a coworker he used to tack all the time without gloves .

He could never understand why his hands looked like Cooked meat complained all the time.

Never understood what he was doing till I explained in a few weeks his hands improved he could thread a 1/4" nut on a bolt again.

I thought it was a common snapping turtle, but the shell does look like an alligator snapper.

:notsure:nothing official yet but they have to roll back to recertify the batteries in the launch abort system. The hydrogen issue they think they can work in place. I'm not convinced but I never saw the qd they are talking about in the core stage. I greeted the core stage when it arrived, took vacuum readings to assess how tight it was and that was my last week on that job.

We've got a lot of other work coming down the road, Boeing, ULA, and X. SLS is taking up a ton of resources from all over KSC. Brass knows this has to be a successful launch.

Funny what’s reported and what’s not. This is the first I’ve heard of the batteries.

From what I can tell, its 100% rolling back. Just a matter of when-before they address the Lh2 leak or after. I just put in a 75 hour week. I'm over it.

I do remember that being an issue when they started the WDRs. After so many days without it launching, they have to recertify that system to "guarantee" it will work.

Sorry for the through the screen pictures, I saw this fox outside my kitchen window.

I have seen them hundreds of times over the years but always moving, this one found something to eat so was stationary -- until the cat chased him away...
