8.27.22 trail 401? Out at four peaks with 3 1st gen 4Runner’s and a tundra. 7 hours of wheeling. This was a rough one. Hot and rocky. So proud of how well my boys did on this rough, long & hot trip with a few recoveries.

Building some new projector retrofit headlights, will be selling my current ones for super cheap if anyone is interested. Can ship! Probably trying to get around $100 for the retrofitted headlight assemblies. With shipping a little more

old ones for sale soon. Pm if you need details. A little rough around the edges but better than any cheap stock headlight assembly by a long shot. These hi beams have been my sole and only forward facing off road lighting and have been great.

New ones with black shrouds. Work in progress

Going down a tire size is the key to having all the clearance. I went from a 35 to a 33, and now i have no rubbing or clearance issues

OP, how is that Howe pump?

Oh that’s about all I did when I was on the 315’s. If it weren’t for the LT I probably wouldn’t have been hitting inner fenders at all. The 37’s there was no chance to not chop out the fenders

Couldn’t agree more. One of the main reasons I realized they were silly for me was because I don’t have the time to do the tubbing & steering reinforcement required & I faced the facts. Going back to “315’s” was the best thing I ever did. Back on the trails hahahaha

I stuck with the standard 600lb springs and of course I have steel skids, winch plate & winch. So I’m thinking 600 might be great, especially after adding some tube work to my winch tray. Thank you! I can’t wait. Will probably stay up late tonight installing them

Not sure how they stamp their springs but it looks like they may have given you 650’s based on the part number

edit: kinda blurry, might end in 850 which would be hella stiff and most likely not mean they’re 850 springs

It’s actually a “B”50 it says B50 on the spring
