Hoping I don't have to post this in the For Sale section. I'm in the STL area, and I'm bored with my tire/rim combo. I'm not really looking to spend any money to switch things out, but what I'm looking for should probably end up being cheaper than what I have now. I've currently got 17x9 moto metals in black, with Revo's, with about 15k miles on them. Tread wear has been great, traction has been great.

Anyone interested in this setup locally?

What are you thinking you want? Aftermarket? If you're looking for stockers + cash I have steelies & 245 Dunlops w/4K miles on them. I also have a set of 16" factory offroad alloys I was looking to put some tires on this year...

I'd just go with Wheelers steelies, but I'd prefer to stick to alloy wheels to save on weight. Something like the procomp 8069 would work.

On 4wheelparts.com, 4 x moto metals in black comes to $930. I dont think I paid that much, that seems really high. If I can find another 17x9 rim, all I'd want is the price of that rim in exchange for my motos. Similar deal if you want my tires too. Just trying to change things up a bit. Basically looking to get a cheaper (dollar-wise) rim in exchange for my motos, and break even...

This one was before the lift:

Here is one of the tread on the Bridgestone Revos:

They pretty much look the same, 15k miles on them. I think they have a 50k mile tread wear warranty. I can keep the tires if I find a deal with rims, or the tires could be included. Just throwing out options, looking to change things up is all. I still like the motos, just want change.

i'd love to...but my 2011 is sitting on 16" factory alloys and 245s. But hey...think about it! ;)

    p.s. Only 5,000 miles on em! :)

You're in St. Louis; just leave the truck out long enough with no locking lug nuts, and have your insurance company buy new ones!

I'd like to get rid of my OEM rims on my 2010 access cab Tacoma. I think these would be too big. What do you think?

Doubt they'd be too big. I ran them without a lift for a while, Tiny bit of rubbing on the mud flap, nothing of concern.

Might be a long shot, but I've got stock Sport 17's with factory duelers. They have about 18000 on them. I'd be willing to throw a little cash on top of things. LMK

Nah, still looking for aftermarket wheels. I had the factory 17s, got rid of them to get these moto metals. Thanks for the offer though.

Been debating on just painting the moto's all black, that might give me what I'm looking for too.

No problem. It was worth a shot. What area of St. Louis are you from? I've been thinking of painting my wheels but haven't worked up the nads.

    bump.

Revo's have about 40,000 miles on them with a 50,000 mile tread-wear warranty. I'd be willing to part with both wheels and tires together for a pretty reasonable price here. I'd think it'd be a good way to pick up a nice set of wheels with tires on them with probably 15,000 miles left on the tread. Just an idea.
