I tell ya tho. When l'm on my computer, Allie is on it with seconds. But I don't put up with it.
If she's not off of it within 3 seconds of me telling her too. I then count to 1,000,000. But not 500,000 more than that

I HATE going to the store, so I typically stock on stuff I won't have to go back for for quite some time.

But yeah, it does look pretty damn scary!!!:laugh::rofl::rofl::rofl:

Now y'all have me wondering if I should make one of the mouse repellent canisters for my work area like I have mounted in the engine bay of the Taco, to see if cotton soaked in mint oil will keep the cat(s) away from the computers and other tools. (As Baker slips up beside my chair and hooks my t-shirt sleeve :D:rolleyes::laugh:) Happy Labor Day! :oldglory::rockband:

    Hi everyone...

It's been a just over a month since we lost Breezy and about the same amount since I've been absent. Here's why...

When one chapter ends, another begins.

Though we will never forget our beloved Breezy, the things she taught us, and the traditions that we will continue because of her, MaryAnn and I have started a new chapter in our life. We have chosen to rescue not one, but two kittens that needed a home. So we now have three, yes three, cats running our lives. All three have blue eyes, have a Siamese background, and distinct personalities.

First is Annabelle, a Lynx Point Siamese who is 6 months old as of this post. https://siameseofday.com/lynx-point-siamese-cats/

Next is Chanel, a 5 month old classic Snowshoe with all polydactyl paws ( more prominent on her front ) which gives her extra gripping power ( ask me how I know ). She'll chase anything with a feather and has no issue charging a toy regardless who else is playing with it. She was born to her foster mom's neighbors and has a twin sister, Cheyanne and two other siblings, one all black and one classic tabby. True to a Snowshoe, Chanel's look was completely random. https://cattime.com/cat-breeds/snowshoe-cats#/slide/1

Our 5 year old Bella, a partial Snowshoe, has warmed up the youngsters very well after several one-on-one introduction sessions with each until Bella was ready for both. We also installed a temporary screen door on our office to remove the mystery of who was on the other side and offered 24/7 sights, smells, and sounds of each other. which lasted 4 days before we did the individual introductions. That said, Chanel got her reminders from Bella about the house rules and learning boundaries, i.e. Bella's tail is not a toy and when Bella's mom or dad time is not sharable. So far, all three have slept together on the same sofa seat a few times and sleep on the bed with us.

    Here is Annabelle...

Funny thing, my cat Igloo bugs me when I go and sit at my HAM station and work the airwaves. While I don't get on the air often I am in the room a lot doing other things - she doesn't bug me then. :notsure:

I’m sorry to hear about you loss and maybe breezy Rest In Peace up in kitty heaven. No better way to fill a big hole left on your heart than to fill it with two little kitties. Oh btw …. 3 Siamese I can tell you from experience…. You’re screwed!!!!:frusty::help:

He’s gotten more lion-y as he’s gotten older.

He is beautiful. He truly does look like a little lion. If he could roar he could fill in for the MGM Lion.
