headlight issues

My 2000 Tacoma has no low beams as well as the right turn signal does not work. I need help on diagnosing the problem.

 

The high beams work? As long as the high beams work.

Check both low bean filaments to see if they are open.

If it is not the bulbs switch contacts are worn or dirty

Physical damage to the harness causing an open circuit.

What sort of turn signal failure?

 

Turn signal will not activate

 

Do your hazards work? If they do I would suspect the switch, the headlights operate differently depending on if you have daytime running lights or not.
Relevant wiring diagrams are attached below.

 

Time to buy a Multi Meter if you don`t have one!!

How long since the head lights or right turn signal have worked?

Do the right turn signal bulbs flash with hazard lights??

Does the dash light turn signal light activate on the right side when the right turn signal switch is closed??

Both right turn signal bubs have check out good with the meter?
