Honestly I don’t know what’s under there, prolly nothing. If it was my GF’s 4R, I’d guess the remote to the bedroom TV.

 

Looks like you'll need a 10mm socket to remove the bolts....

 

You could probably take most of this truck apart with a 10mm socket

 

I've noticed that. Good thing I have 10mm sockets in good supply (and stores nearby just in case they disappear)!

 

There are a few 10mm sockets in my wife's Lexus dash... I really need to get in there and find them.

 

Viagra and the 120Volt AC inverter?

 

I routed the usb power cord for my dash cam thru one of those holes and plugged it in the console outlet. Works great.
(Ran cable behind everything down driver’s side pillar, then under dash, then along the plastic’s edge by shifter and back to the console cubby.)
