You realize, of course, that anybody can sue anybody for just about any reason, right?

Why would someone worth $3b orchestrate a pump and dump to make $65m with a guy who filed to sell months ago, and who bought at roughly $25 and sold at roughly $25 netting himself a paltry $1m on a $2m a year salary?

I think it's far more likely that once RC got into the company to have a look around, he figured out it wasn't worth it and bailed.

It just doesn't make any sense that one of the most public figures in the investing world would risk his money and his reputation to organize some massive scheme to make what's essentially pocket change to him. Like, if you're gonna do a pump and dump scam, at least make some money off of it. I'm never gonna convince you, because you don't want to be convinced, but not a single shred of credible evidence leads to this being some sort of market manipulation. The timing is off, everything was filed properly, he made almost no money relatively speaking. He sold before the peak, etc etc
