That will make no difference. Nor did OP cause it.

It's common. It's the standard. Only the best of the best in the automotive world get sent to Toyota express.
They likely will own up to it and offer a free oil change. I wouldn't do that if you paid me to.
But I recommend that OP does, to provide more stories of entertainment.
I'm sure they'll give it to their best guy in express. Borat's brother Bilo, to perform service with hammer.

and, when you change your oil this time I would get two jugs and ‘rinse’ it…

    Make sure it’s warm/hot
    Leave the old filter on
    Drain the oil
Put the plug back in the pan
Dump in a jug of new oil
Run the engine for a little while
    Drain *overnight*
New filter, plug gasket, 2nd jug of new oil

(don’t forget to put the filler cap back on)

I go to a shop that has a special blend, 78% nitrogen. Expensive but worth it.

Yeah, that's the good stuff for sure but it can be kinda hard to find. Why anyone would run just plain old air in their tires is beyond me!

It’s specially formulated for the particular atmospheric conditions that best support proper tire inflation. I don’t 100% understand it but, hey, science.

I remember when nitrogen tires were first a thing some dealers wanted $100 plus to fill up.

And this is why I only made it to my third service interval before I stopped going to the dealership.

Buy another 710 cap, put it on and drive it.

Just wondering how many will not get the joke.

The military and all commercial airlines use nitrogen but they are stupid as fuck.

I makes sense in airplanes that see -60 to +200F tire temperatures.

And huge changes in atmospheric pressure.

There’s nothing you can do but put on a new oil cap and notify the dealership that it was missing.
The dealership isn’t likely going to do anything about it. They may look it over for low oil or oil contamination, but they aren’t likely to do anything more, unless there is clear evidence of a problem.

I’d change the oil and filter. And if you take it back to the dealership make sure to mention that the oil cap was left off the last time it was in for service. That way, hopefully, it doesn’t happen again.

Other than that, I wouldn’t worry about.
No use worrying about a problem that hasn’t yet appeared or doesn’t exist.

Former Marine aviator and aircraft maintenance officer here. There are a TON of really, really good reasons to use nitrogen in aircraft tires and many other aviation applications rather than ambient air. Most if not all of which don’t apply to autos.

LOL, and that equates to a car tire that spends 95% of it's entire road life at the same latitude, longitude, and altitude? Nice try brother!

Your adding nitrogen every time you fill those tires just from the percentage of it in our atmosphere.
