We got an hour of rain. Following promptly with a mulch fire. (Small. Very very small. This statement is applicable to both rain and fire.)

    hopefully more rains coming…

Good morning fellow Pennsyltuckyvanians!! It's been raining here pretty much since 4AM yesterday - had some periods of heavy rain yesterday morning but it's generally been a steady rain.

Officially PA does not allow distributed camping in the state forests. On the same note, they have distributed campsites that are singles (in that, you'll have no neighbors, or toilet) spread throughout the state forests.

Normally I'd leave for work at 730am. But I texted my boss to see what the game plan is for today. No answer yet. All my jobs are mosquitoe jobs and we'll can't do that in the rain. So I'm not leaving my house till my boss gets back to me. And I didn't call cuz this time in the morning he won't answer. Thank God I'm leaving this company soon.

One of my favorite "management class" quotes of all time is, "people don't quit jobs. They quit management."

First time I put the new Toyo AT3's to the rain test. Left a little after 500. Like driving through swimming pools in some spots, hard to see it coming in the dark.
Handled very well I must say with water crashing over the windshield.
Everyone be carful and safe out there, off to chase some roof leaks…

I'm pretty sure that number is really low. I've been self-employed for 6 years now (not technically a business : LLC or anything but working for myself). It hasnt been easy especially with the shitshow the last 6 years have been in this country but I'd rather do this than deal with asshole bosses, under paid wages and no family life.

That's the plus with this new job. They said they practically kick the guys out at 430pm.
