2002 Tacoma dash lights

2002 Tacoma, 270,000 miles. Original owner will drive it until I can't drive anymore. Dash lights (ABS, check engine, washer, and airbag) come on and stay on. I've been told that there is a single control board that controls these lights and that it is no longer available. Can anyone help me with info so that I can repair?

 

Are the lights really on or is a circuit grounding back through that circuit ??

they stay on all the time once the engine is running??

If there is a control board it was added for 2001 plus vehicles nothing showing in my 2000 EWD

 

Have you scanned it for codes, it's possible it's just low on washer fluid and there's codes stored in the PCM, ABS, and SRS systems.
