So, a little bugaboo has me on the market for some new bedsides. One thing I'm not too sure on is the flare size of the Advanced Concepts fiberglass bed sides. Is the added flare measured from OEM with or without stock flares?

Also, I have through bed exhaust right now and am also wondering how is cutting through fiberglass with a hole saw compared to steel?

A holesaw will take about 2.5 seconds.

Cutting the fiber glass should be no problem, just wear gloves and a mask. Remember its fiberGLASS, if you wouldn't like broken glass in your skin or lungs, you wouldn't like fiberglass dust there either.

So I got my answer: the added flare of the fiberglass fender is measured WITHOUT the OEM fender flare.

So the 4.5" of flare is really 3.5" if you have stock flares on.

What does the underside look like to allow for bed flex?

I have 2 flex tubes that are welded to each the exhaust tips. It allows some up/down and back/forward movement of the exhaust.
