Thank you! I somehow missed that in my scrolling. That sounds good and a good way to work some veggies in.

Anyone know the difference between the camp chef everest 2 and everest 2x? looks like the everest 2 is $170 on their site and has a total output of 50k btu? and the everest 2x is $190 but only has an output of 40k btu? they both weigh the same, the 2 has a bigger cooking area but dimensions are pretty similar. i would have thought the more expensive one would have the higher output, but doesn't seem to be the case?

I finally took a pic out in the field of the Cook Partner. Dometic was asking for pics of their gear in the field which is why this looks like a marketing pic. The table is awesome and folds up neatly. As for the Cook Partner it came with the trailer and is excellent for boiling and cooking in windy conditions. I don't like the burner controls. It seems the burners are either on full blown or not at all. Would love for a low or medium setting when I have the Lodge Pro grid reversible grill/griddle. I may invest in a small boat grill so I could have a dedicated grill and two burner cook top. Space is always an issue. For the price of these Cook Partners I would expect better flame control.

@mrtonyd I highly recommend Camp Chef products. I have owned the expedition 3X for 4 years and I cook on it camping a lot but even more at home. If you can get one with a griddle I highly recommend it.

The new one has a regulator.

MAYBE it will burn equally all the way through the fuel canister.

I can’t take credit for any of the cooking but @thebaker and @K_Sandhu made some damn good meals this weekend.

Can you place a pot on there to boil water? Or you use a separate thing?

a little here, a little there
Super simple, just regular naan bread, pizza sauce as the base, add what ever toppings you like, pan fry on the stove to crisp it up, and enjoy

I’m told you can though i doubt it would be very quick or efficient on propane but doable. Id probably bring a smaller butane burner or my dual propane burner if i needed to boil water.

Anybody with the Blackstone 17" Tabletop w/Hood (@K_Sandhu or @thebaker?), is there any chance you can get the dimensions open/closed and the spacing on the legs for me? Looking to potentially move on from the Coleman stove and Charbroil grill to a single unit, but I have a feeling it's not going to fit on my bumper's folding table. Although I'm assuming I'm going to have to modify it anyway to support the extra weight if I were to go that route.

I have one on my back patio. It is nice but I would never pay full price for it. Is it smokeless? No, but it definitely burns real hot an efficiently so long as the logs are small enough to fit inside of it.
