They are different. 2.4 and 2.7 can use the same cat.

    @6P4

Since its recent molt, I figured she'd be hungry (made sure to give her time for her exo and fangs to harden up).

She's picky as fuck, and when she gets annoyed she does this -

    https://youtu.be/1WtBfLoE2LY

Other times she'd stomp harder and even push stuff back

Maybe I need some tarantula to control the grasshopper population in my yard.

Guess that'll be a pass for me, then.

There are times I want a large one again; unfortunately the L. Parahybana I had turned out to be a male so I sold him months after his ultimolt -

    20200920_194803.jpg

When he'd get against the glass, I'd get measurements of over 9" leg span and that's huge for a male. Female would've been 11-13".

The cat that lives in my yard probably wouldn't appreciate that.

I can imagine; that's a bird eater so...they'd end up having to share a food source.

There are people that have fed theirs a mouse, but they don't add any real nutritional value plus you risk your tarantula's life.

Anybody have a set of valve spring/shim tools they'd like to donate, sell, or loan?

    My nearl 220k 3rz deserves a checkup.

Also, any recommendations on feeler gauges? I assume that's a tool that's worth spending good money on. I won't use them much, but I want them to be accurate.

I don’t think I got anything fancy for mine, it’s just a selection of different thickness metal fingers.

I didn’t use any other special tools, once I found my zero clearance exhaust valve it was all coming apart anyway

Harbor Freight's feeler gauges work pretty well, as mentioned they're just metal 'fingers'

I’ve seen like two posts on the forum trying to start arguments over the reliability of the last Ford Ranger body style before the hiatus.

In other ford news I saw an Explorer Sport Trac with raptor lights and no other mods today. If it makes them happy I guess lol.

You’d think they’d be a little more respectful of the ford fuckin’ ranger!
