Well, thanks to the Rona, our planned trip to Moab with @KingOfTheNorth and his wife got scrubbed. We made it 2 years and then a few days before our trip we get it. I was out working on the truck installing the Poly Taco Tabs, which are awesome btw, I highly recommend them to anyone with a lifted truck (~3"). By utilizing the max caster tabs at the rear, you gain clearance and the added caster helps get everything back into its happy place. The truck drives and feels better than it has in a long time.. feels closer to stock steering and control, especially at higher speeds. I think lifted Tacoma's benefit from the higher caster for sure. After the install, later that night started I feeling like shit. Night sweats, body aches, and high fevers for both my wife and I for the next couple days. By the end of the week we felt better and were determined to get out for at least a quick, close trip.

Max (max caster) rears, Neutral fronts.

Bummer on the Rona, Ive been wanting to make a trip to Moab as well. Hope you two are feeling better.
Was your back up plan Aztec Peak? That bridge looks familiar, look less rocky since ive been up there.

Definitely feeling better. The outdoors is just what we needed. And yessir.. our favorite go-to spot. Was closed there for a bit due to road conditions.. but they cleaned them up and filled in those 2 trouble areas by the bridge.

Next time for sure! Hopefully soon. and thanks man! Cant wait to see your guys' truck too. Saw the snaps.. looks faaaaancy

Its up to you if you want to still roll up. I cant next weekend as Little Ethan is getting married. Then I leave for Cali the following weekend. I have Pete's son I am going to snag and have him come help me on saturday. And if that is the case him and me can polish off the lean too or the rest of the trim. I am still trying to get all my ducks back in a row after vacation.

Yeah see what she wants to do. Definitely would only be working the one day so we can do whatever else the rest of the time. Her and whit could go paddle boarding or something while we work.

Dang. That sucks. Once you get it once, seems like you don't ever get it again. At least not as bad as the first time.
I'm gonna have to get some of those taco tabs. My caster has backed itself all the way out and now I'm hitting my chopped cab mount in reverse.

at least we know what to expect somewhat if it does come around again.

And dude.. yes.. that BS always happened to me too. These Taco Tabs are awesome and solve that as well as give you max clearance at the firewall. I only barely touch the frame now at full lock/stuff. I think that's wheel offset more than anything at this point. I dont touch my firewall anymore in either direction. not to mention how much better it drives and feels now. night and day difference to me.
