6th Annual AOAA Invasion - October 14-16, 2022

I'll be bringing the GF along for the trip, but I'll have the Dometic stocked with food as well. Hoping to find some sliders soon so I can actually full send it again. Last time I took a nice dent to my b-pillar so hoping to prevent that on this new truck haha.

 

Remember to leave you beer in camp. They check coolers and refrigerators at the trail head and confiscate all types of booze.

 

‘I will watch any single malt scotch, just drop it off at the group site.

 

I legit ran around with 2 bottles of whiskey in the truck one year, oops.

Forgot it was shoved under the back seat and the dog was sitting on it anyway.

 

Allegedly.

 

I'll be going Friday! Time TBD but I can make it work.

Yeah I will be bringing a buncha cheddar. But otherwise it's kind of a free for all, and people also bring their own stuff too.

Yeah they "check", but YES leave coolers at camp. If you've got a bolted down fridge then you can leave the beer in my cooler. I'll take very good care of it

I'm riding b-side regardless, I am not taking my truck into the woods. I SHOULD have some bed space, I should be running without the tonneau too. Few things up in the air.




On a side note, BRING BEER. There's a brewery in town that also sells some macro brews but it took me a while to figure that out. That town is not easy to find beer in, so just bring it if you want it.

 

I'm up by Nashua, I could meet up with you down around your way. Still trying to get @Brownmatthall to go. He's been wanting to go camping and wheeling

 

I put it into the goog to figure out where we could meet up on the route.



I'll see you 4 minutes away from AOAA! nah - no way in hell I'm even dealing with the Tappan Zee. I'll go up 146 or 495 and meet you and/or whoever else around Worcester. No need to rush and figure that out now.

 

I know I'll float it by the wife... maybe I can sacrifice Halloween for this, who knows what she'll want to do

 

Passenger side LCA is in. Still have to deal with the driver side cam tabs.

 

When is everyone planning to arrive? Friday evening, Friday morning?

 

I'll be there Friday afternoon/evening.

I have the day off but I'm going to Pittsburg on Monday after so I have some prep to do..

 

Friday hopefully before or just around sundown, so probably leaving here around noon - pull a half day off work for it. Also depends on what @AllTacosFloat is planning - I'm game to make the run with him.

 

Assuming repairs all go well. Friday 12 noon-ish. Anybody up to do greens and blues?

 

I'm down to leave anytime. Same, I'd like to be there by sundown.
