Cilantro or CilantNO

Making some stir fry tonight because I got my externally vented hood in and can finally use my wok. Notice the small bowl at the bottom of the pic... trying to decide if si'lantro goes with chicken cashew stir fry.

 

So enemies taste better with cilantro?

 

Cilantro goes with 1 thing only. The trash can.

 

I added it to the stir fry, and it was DELICIOUS! Not one to toot my own horn, but it was damn good. I miss cooking with my wok.

Depends on what it's in. In Texas, it's a ubiquitous seasoning from adobo sauce to baked zitti. However, we do draw the line at oatmeal.
