    I love the idea of a tray/setup like this but agree the weight is concerning if you kept this as a DD. Also, no bed wouldn't work because there's no place for your dogs

    Or just the flatbed?

    What’s the weight of the bed components it replaces? It may still be reasonable.

    The side drawers are nice. I would be a bit worried about modular design and if any of the panels/compartments can be replaced easily or at all if banged up. Can't wait to see it! I think I emailed RSi like 2 years ago asking about details before moving on.
