    Not sure. First Tacoma and Toyota.

    Still a noob to this truck but I wanna hold onto it for a long time so need it all well

    the "tell" for the IAC in my case was that it only acted up when engine was partially warm.
    Cold starts no problem. Hot starts no problem. But drive a short trip to the store or gas station, turn it off for 5 -10 mins, and it cools off just enough to use the idle air control valve, and that's when it would act wonky. If you do have this valve in your truck, it's pretty much free to check it out if you're handy. Google/Youtube is your friend here. Carb cleaner will clean it but you have to take it apart to do it. Spraying cleaner down the intake or seafoam in the tank wont usually clean it, since it only actuates for a short time between engine cold and engine operating temp.

    I’m honestly worried I won’t ever find a cure for this…. I’ve tried so many other things so I appreciate the advice from you and every other good person in here!
