Had some time to think today and I think I know why he did the stickers the way he did. This design is sold for Tacomas, 4Runners, and Tundras. That explains why the fender stripes had so much extra (went about 3" below the fender flares, Tundras have tall fenders) and the door stripes were so long (different door lengths).

I think the monochromatic would look good too. Like you say, something to break up the silver.

If someone tells you to never change the fluids in your truck, stop talking to that person. Fluids break down over time through use, friction, heat etc. Changing a differential oil is only going to help things. Same with your transmission, as long as you don't suck it out at a quick lube place, you'll be fine.

I've been doing my divs at about 50. No issues and they get used hard. As far as the transmission goes between 60 and 100 is recommended just depends on how hard you use the truck. If you constantly off-road and pull trailers, do it sooner. Also it's like a 20 minute job at the dealership :D (they'll sell it to you as 1.5 hour job though)

    Learned something new today

Oooh those are purty. EBC green stuff + EBC rotors? Is it just an optical illusion, or are those rotors completely e-coated with the black paint? Curious to hear how the green pads work too, I stayed with a less agressive option but always wonder how it could have been.

Probably will need brakes fairly soon...where did you get them from?

Yeah, I think they're black oxide coated but it's completely gone from the clamping surface now obviously. I like them so far but I haven't put a ton of miles on. IMO the brakes were already pretty on/off compared to other vehicles I've driven. I think they keep the grabby feeling of the OEM brakes but make it more linear beyond the inital grab point.

I ordered from summit. It was the cheapest I could find with OE style EBC rotors.

Camping this week with Shellshock at Yellow River State Forest. A nice peaceful place and part of the TWAT goes through here. We both drove that part when we left.
