I have a problem in the mornings. My truck doesn't want to go into any gear when I first crank it up and the clutch is all the way down and doesn't want to come up without me pulling it up with my foot. Normally driving around the block in second gear warms it up enough and then it shifts fine. It feels like it's still partially engage untill it gets to that point. I have no issues with it the rest of the day.
I replaced the clutch, Flywheel, throw out bearing and the slave cylinder 1.5 years ago. It's been doing this for a bit now. Anyone else have this issue?

If it's a 6 cylinder, your clutch pedal return spring could be the problem. It's a goofy coil spring setup. The plastic bushings on it wear out, and then the slot in the clutch pedal that it rides in wears deeper. Most people just pop the coil spring out and replace it with a brake pedal return spring. It’s a linear spring. Here is a thread about it https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/clutch-pedal-truffle-shuffle.499079/

We had one in the shop a month ago. It turned out to be a bad clutch master cylinder. The fluid was almost black and the bottom of the master cylinder reservoir was full of goo. I replaced the M/C and slave cylinder due to the slime in it. Condition was very similar to yours.

That's what I was thinking, but I wanted a second opinion. Thank you

Remains to be seen I bought the tires and wheels the rest came along
You did not do the Master Cylinder with the clutch job?? Always a good idea to do both.

Double check that the clutch bracket or firewall is not cracked just in case.

Can also try and adjust the cylinder on the clutch pedal/Master cylinder
